Thanks to the availability of two different and independent Labs, located in Italy and in USA, NVSC is able to guarantee quality and conformity of its products.

NVSC labs are divided in two specific units:

Production Lab: where data and characteristics of each batch of production are tested and verified during the manufacturing.

Quality Control Lab: where main features of performance of each single product are tested, in order to guarantee the conformity with the Specifications they refer to.

Also, both labs are used for Research & Development of new products, with the aim of satisfying the requests that come from national and international markets, with regard to high quality and technologically advanced products.

One of the major strengths of the Labs is the ability to study, develop and guide the production toward a huge range of colours, related to several Colour Standards, such as FED STD 595, RAL, GAM-C, British Standard, Stanag etc etc…

The Labs have the possibility to run several types of tests: mechanical, environmental and chemical; complying with different International Technical Specifications.

Special care is put into the qualification and certification of raw materials, which are checked and tested through FT-IR analysis.
